ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

This role requires someone who is focused on driving sales, developing their management staff and floor staff, and keen on high merchandising standards. They will be KPI driven and focused including targets ranging from sales to stock loss and wastage. They will be expected to coach and motivate the team to high standards and be passionate about delivering good customer service at all times. Other focuses will be Stock and Target management, managing a team of up to 60 employees including staff, working alongside the Store Manager and Floor Managers to grow the store through driving sales.
