An opportunity has arisen working for our Delivered Section as a Chinese Telesales Administrator. The hours of work are between 20-25hrs 5 days per week Monday to Friday. As you will be targeting Chinese customers and selling mainly chinese products the ability to speak Manadarin and/or Cantonese is essential to building good customer relationships. This is a busy role and requires both enthusiasm and flexibility as well as the ability to work on your own initiative. You will need a driving passion to sell and push forward promotions to existing and new customers. Your aim will be to provide customers with the right products at the best possible prices in order to meet the business needs.

RETAIL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Artworker/Printshop Operative
A full time Designer is required for our busy Design and Print Shop; this is within a wholesale store so experience with dealing with customers face-to-face and internal departments is key. Good experience in taking a detailed brief to then following the brief through to the finished product following strict guidelines, as well as bringing your own fresh ideas to the company is a must. You must have at least 2 years experience in a similar role, maybe at a junior level and wanting to take the next step, be keen and enthusiastic and able to operate within a Printshop. You should have PC and MAC experience, with an advanced level of Indesign, using master pages, style sheets and data merge along with knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator. You must be able to operate large format printers, laminators and guillotines, following through from design, print and applying final signage. Good knowledge of Pre-print, Post-print, T-Shirt Print and website maintenance is required. Ideally, you will possess a formal design qualifi cation along with hands on experience in all of the above. Experience of events and exhibition design is also key to the role.

Buyer for Butchery And Fresh Food
The Hyperama group are looking to recruit a Butcher & Fresh Food Buyer to strengthen our Head Office buying team.
Buying is a critical role within the business and applicants will have a real interest in the Butchery and Fresh Food categories, developing collaborative relationships with key suppliers, working with internal teams and suppliers to deliver total product solutions, problem solving through thinking outside of the box and negotiating and securing the supply chain for all products at competitive prices.
The successful candidate will have a number of years experience of working in a Butchery / Fresh Food environment and be able to cope with a very fast paced environment. . You will be highly organised and very commercially aware to deliver strong margins, be accountable for the development and implementation of promotions, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to work. Strong communication skills are key as you will need to be confident when dealing with people at all levels vertically and horizontally .
